PAYMENT METHODS.

SHIPPING:

Customers can expect delivery within 2-3 business days. Also, it’s important to mention that Naturally Well orders require a signature upon delivery when the order values $250+. Our website cannot process any requests for overnight shipping or courier service but if you have a need for these it’s best to make your order via phone, as we can accommodate your request in this case.

LOST PACKAGES:

In case the order gets lost during the transit, which is something that occurs rarely, Naturally Well won’t be responsible for the loss if the tracking information shows that the parcel was “delivered”. This means that the US Postal Service or the courier successfully delivered the package to the specified address. If it happens that you haven’t got your package even though the tracking information says that it’s delivered, we advise you to talk to your housemates, family members and even neighbors that may have picked up the parcel in your stead and forgot to inform you. This situation is pretty common.

PACKAGE SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS:

When the order gets delivered to the wrong address, but the customer who made the order entered that address on our website, the customer is solely responsible for the order’s re-shipping cost. If the order gets returned to Naturally Well, we will then re-ship it back to you. Therefore, we strongly recommend that our customers recheck the address information they leave for the order shipping, as making a mistake, in this case, can cause serious delays in the delivery.

If you plan to order by phone, we will read the address as well as other relevant information you provided back to you aloud so that you can check whether everything is accurate.

PRODUCT DEFECTS & DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Once the tracking information says that the parcel is delivered, you have 3 days to contact us in order to report any type of defect with the product or the package. After the post-delivery three days are up, Naturally Well assumes that everything was in the perfect order with your package.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

It’s important to mention that you do not qualify for a return based on your taste only. Also, returns/exchanges are limited to ONE per customer. In order to qualify for the refund, you purchase has to be less than $110. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
